KMN

Kesatria Mangku Negara
(K.M.N.)

(Officer of the Order of the Defender of the
Realm)

The Kesatria Mangku Negara is a fourth rank award of the Darjah Yang Amat Dihormati Setia Diraja family. The Order is conferred on those with an outstanding and excellent service record. Government officials who can be considered for this award are those in the Grade 1 or 2 or its equivalent. There is no limit to the number of persons to be awarded this honour. It can also be conferred on foreign citizens as an honorary award.

The badge of the Kesatria Mangku Negara is similar in shape as that of the Johan Setia Negara. It has a radius of 2 inches. The badge suspends from a riband measuring 1½ inches. The ribbon is of the same colour as that of the Johan Setia Negara. There is a kris on the ribbon, upright with its blade pointing downward. The kris is enclosed in a circle. The badge is pinned on the chest. For the women, the ribbon is tied in a bow and the badge suspends from below the knot of the bow. The kris in the circle is pinned on the bow of the ribbon. The Kesatria Mangku Negara award was instituted on 16 August 1958 and gazetted on 25 August 1958.

Momzy received this award from Yang Dipertuan Agong last Thursday. Hahaha. And she reads my blog once in a while just to check if I posted nice photos of her. Apakah? Vain, macam saya juga.

Oh, Hi Mak!

Gambar Mak posing control cun. Cuba teka siapa di belakang itu? Hehehe.

Dan lagi...

Dan malamnya saya mengajak sekeluarga makan malam. Mak nak makan sate kajang. Saya teringat cerita oldies hitam putih, asal celebrate je nak makan sate. Hehehe...so off we went to Kajang.

Anyway,

CONGRATULATIONS, MAK!

Bila...?

For some unknown reason (well, except maybe the fact that I've long reached the eligible age), the frequency of me being asked the much avoided question of "When are you getting married??" has increased by a 3-fold. Kawan-kawan, kakak2 senior sekolah, jiran-jiran, makcik jual goreng pisang, pemandu teksi (eh tak. aku tipu. tak naik teksi pun) semua bertanya. Encik Header maker pun dah banyak kali perli-perli dengan membuat header bernuansa perkahwinan. (Hello, males banget, tau!)

a) Sekarang pun saya nak kahwin.
b) Tunggu putera raja masuk meminang.
c) Besok. (which, if you say it with full convinction, some ppl might even believe. haha)
d) Aku frust kau dah kahwin, tu yang tak kahwin2 lagi sampai sekarang (only to be used to really open minded guy friends who are married.)
e) Tunggu Brondong Manisku.

Anak ramai. Tapi best, dapat Brad Pitt. Oh, Abang Brad...yum.

Saya tak risau sangat tentang status bujang saya. Saya risau sebab ramai yang risau. Apatah lagi time2 cuti sekolah macam skrg ni, orang ramai mengadakan kenduri kahwin. :-)

Meanwhile, saya nak ucapkan selamat berbahagia kepada teman-teman saya yang tak lama lagi nak mengakhirkan zaman lajang. Hehehe.

Yayee and Bojed, 25th Dec 08

My besty, Peon and Zeff, 2nd Jan 09. (I've to give a speech on their wedding day! Cuak cuak, terasa macam I pulak yang nak kahwin, you! Haha..)

And these 2 yang belum publicly announce the date of their wedding, so I shall leave it to them to do that. Tapi yang saya dengar, soon! (baca dgn nada sok-sek-sok-sek makcik-makcik mengumpat atas tangga)

Cik Azie Azam and Hamdan

Yes babe, 'Lelaki Ini' is a no-no for a wedding song. It's a sad song tau!

Des & A.D Morley.
Okay, I've to explain, I've no photo of me with Des in this computer besides this one. Bukan A.D, tunang Des. Harap Maklum. :-D

Even my Encik Penguin and his fiancee Tina's getting married some time in January, so he said.

Semoga kekal bahagia hingga ujung waktu :-)

Saya? Bak Kata Zaiton Sameon,

Dulu aku sendiri
Kini masih sendiri
Hadapi hidup ini
Susah senang diri ku
Tak bertempat mengadu
Seperti burung kepatahan sayap...
Dihati kecil ku menaruh harapan...

Hahahaha. Gile Emo.

It's like Yoga, but it's not.

Muslim convert introduces 'Islamic Yoga' to UK
CAIRO (Marwa Awad)
Source: Al-Arabiya.net

After searching for a year for a fitness routine compatible with her Islamic faith, Fatima Ismael, a 32-year-old British mother of three discovered Rakha, a new yoga-like workout that incorporates Islamic chants rather than Hindu mantras.

The new Islam-inspired total body fitness routine, designed by a British convert, may be the yoga alternative Muslims are searching for following a fatwa, or religious ruling, by a Malaysian sheikh denouncing yoga as un-Islamic.

Rakha, the Arabic term for prosperity, is gaining popularity among British Muslims eager for healthy lifestyles. A basic routine begins stretches and light cardiovascular exercise, which raises energy and increases awareness.

This is followed by a series of steps emulating prayer movements mixed in with tai chi techniques. Yoga breathing and stretching techniques are used throughout the routine to help center the body and relax.

Instead of Hindu mantras, anasheeds or Islam-inspired religious hymns are used to trigger the spiritual state of mind.

What does your handwriting reveal about you?

Your handwriting reveals you as a thoughtful, intellectual type who avoids fake people and places where there's lots of noise and crowds. You're probably the one people go to when they're feeling super sad and don't run off at the mouth unless someone hounds you for your opinion.
Being creative is probably easy for you, but expressing it in front of a large group is not. You might write in a blog or journal, enjoy things that are old-fashioned or obscure and (maybe) don't get most pop culture references (who cares about 'em anyway?).

Don't think this describes me, tho. What do u think?

Sampai Kapan?

Telah lama aku lama mengenalmu
Lama menantimu ikuti arusmu

Berhenti sejenak dan lihatlah aku
Beri kejelasan tentang perasaan

Maukah kau tau di dalam hatiku
Lama menantimu sampai kapan
Apakah kau tau yang lama ku tau
Lama menantimu sampai kapan

Kau tau diriku mau
Sampai kapan kau menggantungkan aku
Kau tau yang kumau
Sampai kapan kau menggantungkan aku
I started this post to offer some words of comfort to a dear friend. But I stopped. Stumped. I don't know how to go on. Saying, "I understand how you feel" won't help. But her saying she can't finish the entry she started...that I could relate to. Even to this day, I could never write about my dad and his battle with kanser yang kejam. How it changed him, and myself as well. Mengingatnya aja brings tears to my eyes. dasar cengeng?
I am not good with words, but...

All I can say is, you're like my sister, and your dad, is like my own. So if you need any help, anything at all, please. I mean it. You know how to reach me, biebz.

Love you.

Mudah Saja

Tuhan,
Aku berjalan menyusuri malam
Setelah patah hatiku
Aku berdoa semoga saja
Ini terbaik untuknya

Dia bilang,
"Kau harus bisa seperti aku"
"Yang sudah biarlah sudah"

Mudah saja bagimu
Mudah saja untukmu
Andai saja cintamu seperti cintaku

Selang waktu berjalan
Kau kembali datang
Tanyakan keadaanku

Kubilang,
"Kau tak berhak tanyakan hidupku"
"Membuatku semakin terluka"

Mudah saja bagimu
Mudah saja untukmu
Coba saja lukamu seperti lukaku

Kau tak berhak tanyakan keadaanku
Kau tak berhak tanyakan keadaanku...

No problems, says hubby of 106-year-old woman
Source: The Star Online

A 37-YEAR-OLD labourer who married a woman almost three times his age, said their marriage was a happy one and there were no problems between them despite their age gap, reported Kosmo!.

Mohd Nor Musa who married 106-year-old Wook Kundur three years ago, said they first met when he rented a room in Wook’s house at Kuala Berang, Hulu Terengganu, and treated her like an adopted mother.

Wook, who was living alone at the time, suggested they marry to avoid the negative perception in the community and also because Mohd Nor could take better care of her.

Describing her husband as caring and gentlemanly, she said Mohd Nor always knew how to cheer her up.

Mohd Nor said he did not feel embarrassed when his siblings visited him but felt proud to have an elderly wife.

Wow. That's 69 years age gap! Namanya juga jodoh. Kalau gitu bisa dong, saya ama BM kan beda cuma 7 tahun. Makin mantap aja nih. LOL!

Muslims can do yoga minus the chants, says PM
Source: NST Online

He said Muslims who performed yoga exercise and do not chant any mantra could carry on with their activity as it was good for their health.

"I wish to state that a physical regime with no elements of worship can continue, meaning, it is not banned. I believe that Muslims are not easily swayed into polytheism," he said yesterday.

Abdullah was asked to comment on the yoga fatwa issue following the opposing views expressed by various quarters and the confusion that arose after the National Fatwa Council ruled last Saturday that systematic yoga was haram (forbidden in Islam) for Muslims, as it involved chanting of mantra and acts of worship which are against Islamic teachings.

At the same time, the prime minister said, non-Muslims should not feel hurt or slighted by the announcement of the yoga fatwa as it was only applicable to Muslims.

"What I understand from the decision of the National Fatwa Council is that it was aimed at explaining to Muslims the implications of yoga practice."

Abdullah said he was also aware that the yoga fatwa would only be implemented after getting the consent of the Rulers' Conference.

Meanwhile, the Regent of Negri Sembilan has joined the Sultan of Selangor in suggesting that the National Fatwa Council consult the Rulers' Conference before issuing significant edicts.

The Regent Tunku Naquiyuddin Tuanku Jaafar said since the rulers were in charge of Islam in their states, they should have been involved in the council's deliberations.

Meanwhile, Selangor will only gazette the fatwa on yoga after obtaining advice from the state Fatwa Council and approval from the Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.

Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, after the weekly executive council meeting, said the sultan regretted Jakim's action in ordering Selangor's Fatwa Committee to issue the same fatwa and asking him to approve it.

I am not an avid practioner of Yoga, well...not at all, actually. Unless the one time I tried to follow a cd tapi terasa macam nak tidur. Hahaha...so much for being tenang and oh-so-Zen.
Even if the Council decide to ban yoga, explain in detail, why.
'Cancelled', 'cancelled', 'cancelled' - the chaos at Bangkok airport
Source: Times Online

Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi international airport was today a scene of abandoned chaos. Check-in counters were closed. Shutters were pulled down. Stranded passengers lay akimbo on the floor, asleep on baggage trays, slumped on check-in counters, leaning bewildered in front of the electronic flights board which showed a list of “cancelled”, “cancelled”, “cancelled”.

Outside, the sweeping approach roads to the airport were blocked with coiled razor wire and miles of parked firetrucks and cars. A thousands-strong crowd of anti-government militants thronged the airport forecourt, shouting, clapping and generally expressing their determination to hold the terminal until the Thai government resigns.

It’s a bold gamble. With six per cent of Thailand’s gross domestic product directly dependent on tourism the government cannot afford a long-term paralysis of the nation’s most important hub - an airport which processes 40 million passengers a year. Many experts predict a violent counter-invasion is on the cards.

A friend called all the way from Indonesia yesterday, twice, to remind me not to go to Bangkok. Mind you, I do not have any plans to do so in the near future. But thank you for the kind thoughts. My younger brother was in Thailand for almost a month for his 'perjalanan mencari jati diri'. (Well, that's what Mak and I secretly calls it, hehe) Am so glad he came back just a few days ago, before this chaos.

MUMBAI TERROR ATTACKS: A ‘Planned’ Operation Designed to Create Chaos
By Walid Phares
Source: FOX Forum

As we write this first assessment of the Terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India, events are still ongoing inside the financial center of the Indian subcontinent. Here are the main points gathered so far:

Type of Operation

According to sources in Mumbai, armed groups and individuals have attacked at least eight (if not more) targets inside the city including the Taj Hotel, Oberoi Hotel (with most foreign tourists or guests, a railway Station, the Leopold Café and other locations. More shooting incidents are also being reported at the Trident hotel, a hospital and a highway leading to the airport and Assembly Hall. The terrorists fired indiscriminately against civilians and security elements, and lobbed grenades. At this writing sources are reporting between 40 to 80 to 100 deaths, more than 100 wounded and possible hostage taking. According to the same sources AK-47s, small arms, grenade were used. At least three foreigners are dead according to reports.

Design of the operations

In our estimate, this attack is a “complex” type, where small operations are aimed at creating chaos and triggering security deployment in many areas, while more precise operations could target higher targets such as hostage taking or similar situation.

Dear Friend, I am surprised you haven't called yet and scream, "Don't go to India!!!" on top of ur voice. Hahaha. Nevertheless, don't worry, I'm staying in Malaysia.

Sigh. Apa nak jadi nih? Yoga bukankah berasal dari India? Patutnya kan kalau buat Yoga, katanya, hati jadi tenang? Betul ke? Kalau tenang, takde lah chaos?

So many questions.

Jalan Keluar

Credit: http://werkudoroireng.wordpress.com

Sepucat bulan purnama
Segelap malam terlelap
Kubiarkan ku mencari
Hatimu yang tak pernah kau beri

Sedalam palung lautan
Sedalam jurang hatimu
Kau biarkan ku jatuh tanpa ujung
Lepaskan sayapku yang terpasung

Jika memang
Tiada harapan
Tunjukkan jalan keluar
Dari hatimu

Jika memang
Tak akan bersanding
Tunjukkan jalan keluar
Dari hatimu...

Tempat labuhan semua mimpiku...

Perjalanan kali ini, dgn Malaysia Airlines. Bukannya kaya ya, tapi kebetulan Momzy's Enrich points dah nak expire, so she asked me to utilise them. Dan saya sangat la macam jakun naik MAS sebab selalu sangat naik Air Asia. The last time I was onboard with MAS, masa pergi Europe last year. Mula2 tu naik tu, tengok stewardess senyum baik hati pun macam kagum. Wah! Kalau Air Asia, biasanya stewardess nya garang macam harimau tercabut gigi! Senyum pun macam guru besar nak rotan murid. Bila tengok senyum pramugari MAS yang sopan santun, rasa sangat lah dihargai. Patut lah dapat penghargaan world's best cabin crew!

Dan of coz jakun sebab ada food. Hahaha...

Nasi Goreng with Ayam Sate

Sampai di Bandara Soekarno Hatta sekitar jam 10 w.i.b, dijemput oleh supir Aie, Basir a.k.a Cacing. Don't ask me why Cacing, saya pun kurang pasti. Terasa sangat macam orang penting coz he held a piece of paper with my name written on it, in pink. Sok ngartis banget deh! Langsung ke rumah orang tua Brian di daerah Blok M (btw, his brothers are cute. Ada siapa yang mau brondong manis? hahaha) then off to Kemang for some supper. We had dim sum, kueh tiau goreng dan sushi. Menyesal juga tak ambil foto di Kemang coz the place was super keren. Apparently, according to Bri, it's one of the coolest place where ppl hangout sampai pagi2. Then ke rumah orang tua Aie pula di Ciganjur, where I stayed thru out my trip.

Rumah keluarga Aie...HUGE. Enuff said.

Varrel kaget! Hahaha...Lucuuuuu banget!!

Mangga 2, what else? Shopping lah! Bought a bag, lotsa dvds and a couple tops. Hahaha! Malamnya dinner di Citos, at a restaurant called Cafe Betawi, where we had, Soto Betawi, what else. Kat sini lah, masa saya usha2 menu, alih2 tengok...eh, Brondong Manis? Hahaha...rupanya pop corn! Maka tercetuslah nick baru utk anak ikan kesayangan. :-D

Next day, Tanah Abang. Di sini saya shopping macam orang kesurupan setan. Rasanya macam semuaaaaaa nak dibeli. Hahaha. Partner shopping pun tak membantu, semuaaaa pun dia suruh beli. Telekung, baju, seluar, tudung, kain utk buat baju kurung, wah wah dan wah lagi.
We had lunch in Grand Indonesia, a huge mall just nearby Tanah Abang. Makan di foof court named FOOD LOuVER, I absolutely love the interior design! Serasa makan di hotel bintang lima. Go ahead and check out the deco here
It's basically lontong, mihun, taugeh dan kuah gado2, with lotsa keropok. Enak!

On Sunday, pengalaman pertama saya menghadiri perkahwinan orang Indonesia. A friend who used to work with SheilaManagement, Philos, mengakhiri zaman lajangnya with a lovely girl bernama Dytha. Walaupun secara kebetulan ke Jakarta waktu Philos nikah, but I was glad for it coz Bu Adel and the kiddos came from Jogja! Plus Om Duta spends most of his time in Jkt now since the new season of Idola Cilik commenced recently. Sumpah kangen banget deh ama mereka. 1st time jumpa Rina, Duta's younger sister. They look so alike, I needed no introduction to know who she is. Haha...

Rina

Adel and the kiddos left untuk pulang ganti baju dulu, janjian ketemu lagi later. Aie wanted me to try this super slide in this new mall, FX. Gila tinggi, dari tingkat 7, dan it only takes 10 seconds untuk sampai bawah. Nak naik slide ni, kena pakai peralatan khas, topi, jaket dsb. Saya dah siap2 baca doa, tulis wasiat...tapi pas sampai di meja pembayaran...langsung ditaruk sign, "BREAK". Hampeh!

Tante Farina is teaching her the pout. Ahaks! Pinterrrr...

Makan lagi di Bakmi GM with Bu Adel, Bu Aie, the 2 kiddos and 2 SG dari Jkt, Febi and his gf. Then ketemu Hayria, Adel's sister di food court.

With Hayria and Adel.

Bayangkan, complete package, massage, lulur, facial and creambath, hanya rp85 ribu! That's not even rm30 ringgit! Murah meriahhhh! Seriously refreshing.
My flight home is at 7.50 wib, tapi untuk mengelakkan the famous macet, I left Aie's place at 3. 3! Dan memang macetnya separuh nyawa, it took us more than 3 hours to arrive at the airport, just in time to check in my bags. Huhuhu...lega!!

A gazillion thanks to Brian, Aie and her family, I don't think I could ever repay your kindness. Hope to see you guys next month in KL!

Aie, Varrel and his cousin.

Happy Birthday, Best Friend!

Happy birthday my best friend,
Amazing times, we always spend.
Laughter and jokes are common place,
Since we built that solid base.

Special friend that I hold dear,
Always wish to have you near.
We get along, like bread with honey,
A friendship worth, much more than money.

If you stumble, count me there,
Gratitude; no need to declare.
Your thoughts are clear, in my mind,
Understanding we always find.

Happy birthday my best friend,
I’m excited to attend.
This birthday poem, is just for you,
A great big smile is overdue.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RAUDHA!

Tunggu aku di Jakarta

Just got back from my short stint in Jakarta last nite. The capital city of Indonesia, seperti biasanya, macet macet macet.

But I had lotsa fun!

I shopped macam orang kena rasuk setan, hang out with friends, kissed a really cute guy (read: Ayman!), oogled lotsa hotties, hugged lotsa people, ate lotsa good food, drank lotsa teh botol, attended my first Indonesian wedding (kalau dengar bunyi benda jatuh berderai, itu bunyi hati saya yang hancur), watched lotsa infotainment dan sinetron, membelai tubuh di spa dari kepala sampai ke kaki, and gather lots and lotsa gossips!

Aie and family were soooo kind to me, they almost drove me to tears. Thanks buuu! Kangennnn banget ama Varrel and his antics.

Kakak and dedek surprised me when they looked at me and smiled so brightly, then she said, "Tante Farina, belonnya mana? Aisha mau bikin gambar ni, gambar rumah, yuk" Omg. Hahaha. Or maybe my round face reminds them of balloons? Maybe. But I was floored.

Ouh, saya tak jumpa dengan brondong manis ku (title given by Aie and Adel), but we texted each other. Bri had so much fun laughing dengar kisah tante (read: me. title given by Bri himself) yang sukakan brondong. Biarin.

I know blog entries are better with photos. InsyaAllah will load them later. Sabar ya? :-D

p/s: something weird is happening to me. Saya lapar, perut saya bunyi-bunyi, tapi saya malas makan. Saya mengantuk, tapi saya malas tidur. Kenapa eh?

Padamu Ku Bersujud

Am leaving you guys with this.

Afgan jadi rempit, soooo not buying it.

But he's too cute so wth. Sigh, sigh.

Break

Saya nak pergi jakarta malam ini.

Saya nak jumpa kawan-kawan...

keponakan...

brondong...

nak makan banyak-banyak...

minum teh botol banyak-banyak...

shopping banyak-banyak...

pergi wedding sahabat...

Saya pulang ke KL Isnin nanti, InsyaAllah.

Jangan rindu saya banyak sangat. Org kata, kalau ada org rindu kita, bulu mata kita gugur satu. Kalau semua org rindu saya...

Habislah bulu mata saya nanti.

Mengejar brondong

Foto 2 orang tante-tante tertangkap basah sewaktu sedang mencari brondong (senyuman penuh marabahaya, kata Fatma)

I won the HotFM's dinner with Afgan contest! Pertama kali saya tulis slogan dan menang, berbunga-bunga rasanya hati! Hehehe.

Maafkan saya wahai sahabat!

Patutnya majlis mula at 9 which of coz, if you follow Malaysian time, maknanya 10. So sementara menunggu dia datang, kami berkenalan2 dulu dengan pemenang lain. We straight away clicked with these 2 boys. Seronok dengar cerita diorang yang memang sangat selalu menang contest2 ni. Dapat pergi umrah la, US lah, dapat duit beribu-ribu lah. Maka kami terus mengangkat taraf mereka menjadi brondong kami. Eh, diorang lagi suka ok! Hahaha...
He came, and straight away was seated next to me. Yeay, yeay!
(Padahal awal2 dah plan kosongkan tempat tu untuk kasi Afgan duduk! Hahaha...)

Since he was seated right in between me and my new anak ikan, we took it upon ourselves to make him comfortable with the crowd. At first, he looked a bit shy-shy cat (anak ikan i memang pemalu orangnya) lama-lama, boleh tahan jugak sembang. Thanks to all my Indonesian friends who have made me somewhat fluent in their language, kata Afgan, kita nyambung lho!
Hahahha, pemenang yang lain mungkin terasa macam nak siram asid ke muka saya sebab end up kami banyak berbual berdua. Abis nak buat macam mana, the others hardly know his songs and all. And Afgan tak berapa faham bahasa Melayu, maka anak ikan pun dengan penuh jinaknya makan ditangan saya. Adeh!

Talk-talk, eat-eat, sign-sign, cipiki-cipika...

Trus kita janjian mau ketemu lg di Jkt lho! Hahahhaa!

Saya dan Wieza diapit brondong-brondong.

Sampai Jumaat ya Afgan sayang... *wink, wink*

Ibu ikan kaloi

Saya tau ramai yang suka baca entry2 saya yang melibatkan banjir. Kalau saya tulis pasal banjir je, mesti ramai yang comment. Prihatin sungguh sahabatku sekalian. Hahaha...

Hari ini, hujan lebat lagi. Air naik lagi.

Tapi keliru gak...

"hari tu masa aku kantoi tersangkut kat opis apsal tak nak jemput pon? hari ni sebab ada anak ikan, amboi amboi...!! hahahaha"

Thanks. I love you guys too!!!
Ouh, and anak ikan juga.

Coz I'm leaving on a jet plane...

LOVING THE NEW HEADER!

THANKS MR. HEADER MAKER, TWO THUMBS UP!

Yang Ku Tahu, Afgan itu indah...

Anak ikan ku terchenta,

I'll see you tonite. *ngehehehehehe*

Hari ini dimulakan dengan indah.

Berjalan dengan indah.

Tapi berakhir dgn sangat jelek.

Sebel.

So now it's not even 8 but I am sooo pissed so I am going to bed right after Isyak.

Sebel, sebel, sebel!

Ahad, November 16, 2008

It's been a long day.

Dulu-dulu masa zaman di ssp, selalu dengar orang balik cuti, abang/kakak jemput. Macam sweet je. Tapi saya takde pengalaman itu. Oh ada, masa di uni abang jemput. walaupun sebenarnya masa tu kawan saya yang cun melecun ikut sekali so dengan rela hati dia menghantar pulang tapi Alhamdulillah. :-)

Barang banyak, katanya. Cuti sem, katanya.
Since momzy's in melaka for work, my brother (the younger one) is in thailand, berkelana...abang saya, ada show. Maka saya volunteerkan diri. Dengan hanya Afgan menemani sepanjang perjalanan. (I wish!)

KL-Kuantan-KL in a day, that's like...500km? More. Masa tu terfikir gak kalau lah ada Nicolas Saputra disisi macam filem 3 hari utk selamanya (yang berkisar pasal 2 org cousin malas nk tolong org buat persiapan utk wedding, maka diorg mengelat dan pusing tah mana2, ambil masa 3 hari utk perjalanan dari jakarta ke jogja! 3 hari! Anyway...) Kalau dia disisi...walah waaalahhh!

It's fun actually. Driving to Kuantan alone. Pertama kali sebenarnya jalan sejauh itu seorang diri. I had time for myself. Menikmati pemandangan, rumput hijau, bukit bukau..Mak cakap saya macam Arwah Abah, suka long-distance driving. Bila teringat Mak cakap tu, saya senyum. Saya suka bila orang cakap persamaan saya dengan Arwah Abah. Maknanya Arwah Abah tetap hidup dalam diri saya. Bila dengar lagu Afgan pun saya senyum juga. Sebab, besok dia nak datang. Hahaha...(saya memang suka senyum2 sendiri agaknya eh?)

Rasa macam saya sweet sebab saya drive jauh-jauh sebab nak jemput adik saya pulang.

Since he reads my blog,

"Monyet, awak kalau tak score exam, kak ngah patah-patahkan tulang rusuk awak tau? Penat-penat ni drive jemput awak kat kuantan!
Oh. Love u too." :p

Adik saya cakap, ada kawan dia kata saya cantik. Hahaha...mind u, that boy must be like, 18? Anak ikan sangattttttttt!!! Tapi sangatlah membina self esteem, terima kasih ya, dik? Apsal puji-puji ni dik? Nak duit raya meh la datang rumah. AhakS!
Mwakakaka.

Good nite everyone.

Perasan bagus?

Silakan baca artikelnya di sini

Orang kata dia perasan bagus. Berlagak. Sombong. Garang tak bertempat. Tak mesra media.

Saya kenal dia dah bertahun-tahun. Dari zaman orang tak kenal pun dia siapa, hanya jadi extra, pelakon tempelan, sampai sekarang dia dah jadi hero, dah menang award.

"Aku benci kau!"

Got a call early this morning. Azie Azam is the name on the display.
Saya: (dengan penuh nada groggy sebab baru bangun tidur) Hello...
Azie: Farina, aku benci kau, aku benci kau, aku benci kau!!!

Farina grins (walaupun telinga hampir tertanggal). Mission accomplished. I mind-f***ed her into liking him. I am spreading the love, bebeh. FYI, she hates me because of my previous entry.

Sila jangan photoshop dan superimpose gambar kami tu dgn gambar sendiri eh, please! Hahaha...

She even made an entry about him! Alah comel.

Terima kasih lah ye sebab bangunkan aku, kalau tak lagi lama lah aku guling-guling atas katil sambil tido tersengih-sengih. (silakan Azie, anda boleh hantuk kepala saya sekarang)

p/s: Wie, aku tau informasi ini sangat tak penting buat kamu. But, he's now living in Nilai. hahaha...

Maksimakan lagi!

Went to watch the musical again last nite, this time with another set of buddies. Peon, Faatin, Zila, Faatin's sister Angah (yang rupanya silent reader saya so, "hey awak!") and 2 of Angah's friends.
First of all, Shera, yes it is definitely worth watching again! The dances, the acting, the storyline, the art direction, semuanya lebih smooth dan membuat ceritanya lebih make sense dan lebih fun! So go!

Dari kiri, Zila, Peon, Faatin, Tuan punya blog, kawan Angah, kawan Angah(saya minta maaf tak sempat berkenalan lanjut dengan mereka!)

Mereka nak ambil foto dengan tuan pengarah teater...

Saya sibuk ambil foto dengan pengarah artistik teater. Ahaks!!

Sebelum show:
Zila: Jom kita gi bilik persalinan artis? Aku teringin nak tengok.
Saya: errr...we'll see.

Selepas show:
Saya: Zul!
ZHM: Farina...jom.
(gesturing to the entrance of bilik persalinan artis)

Maafkan lah sayaaaa!!! Saya hilang kawalan! Ai suwer!

Buat Zila yang teringin nak tengok what is it like inside, yakinilah, we weren't there alone. Abang Kembang kamu pun ada. Hak hak hak...It was inside that I learnt the reality of this theater business. Sigh. I hope the man is doing better now. Aminn.

We talked for a bit, about the theater, the movie and stuffs (altho, repeatedly interrupted) but I can clearly see he's totally beaten, so we called off the planned minum-minum session. Tapi...(untuk detail berikutnya sila bertanya langsung kepada saya melalui chat, sms, phone ataupun face to face. Malu lah konon.) Hik hik! (In case tak tau, itu giggle gedik. Terima kasih ;p)

Told him, "I love all ur adidas gear. If you want to get rid of any, give me a call. I love the jacket. The shoes. The bags. I love I love I love." hahaha...just trying my luck! But seriously, the white jacket in the glow in the dark scene, gorgeous! Saya hyperventilate tengok Adidas di mana-mana.

Tunggu coast is clear, ajak dia keluar balik ambil foto dengan budak-budak ni. Oke, korang tak jadi tumbuk aku sampai jadi serbuk kan? Kita masih friends kan? (buat muka seposen tak bersalah.)

Clearly, I had fun. :-D

Muahahhahaa...

Here's one for his fans:
