Tiap hari masih baca her wonderful blog about her wonderful life panjat gunung, terjun tiruk, selam lautan, mengorat pakwe, makan banyak, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
And there's this one wonderful thing she wrote about her excursion to climb Mount Batu Putih that got my attention so much, I decided to blog about it.
One tip I learnt while climbing upwards was not to look up.
Even if you have to look up, don't look straight where you are going for you'll be psyched with the trail in front of you.
Kira untuk mengelakkan saiko diri yang jalan kat depan tu cam dah tinggi 90 darjah, with your backpack, your mind says go, but your body dah kecut takut tamau naik dah -- so avoid that.
Pandang kiri kanan, or what's best, pandang belakang and see how far you went.
Konfem puas hati :')
Same thing applies in real life. If you look ahead, you'd be scared with the journey, penuh onak ranjau berduri. Ecewah.
Look behind, and see how far have you gone. And where you're at now.
Now, aren't you proud of yourself and what you've achieved?
*hinst, hinst kembang kuncup hidung*
Thanks Cik for the reminder tak sengaja! :-D
Ain't no vally low
Ain't no river wide enough, baby
If you need me, call me
No matter where you are
No matter how far
Just call my name
I'll be there in a hurry
You don't have to worry
